Healthy Eating on a Budget Cooking Series
Join the CU Anschutz Health and Wellness Center’s culinary educators and registered dietitians for the CU Anschutz Health and Wellness Center Cooking Series: Healthy Eating on a Budget!
Learn how to prepare delicious, nutritious, and cost effective meals. Each session will teach you budget friendly tips, tricks, and simple recipes that you can easily incorporate into your daily routine, all while keeping your health and wallet in mind.
All online classes will be held virtually via Zoom. All registrants will receive a Zoom link on the day of the class via the email they signed up with.

The nutrition information provided is based on the adult population. Participants must be 19 years or older.
Class dates and information are below. All virtual classes are held from 5:00-5:30 pm on the selected Thursday and taught by Chef Adam Sacks, RD.
